I would not recommend this book as a guide for homeopathic remedies. I was curious to see if there were actual case studies on the effect of allergies from honey. It was supposed to be a book of case studies where bee venom and pollen were used in cures of patients with different things. It is more random stories with no follow up of people the author forced or talked into allowing him to sting them repeatedly with bees. And says that the bees cured arthritis and MS. There is no concrete show more proof in this book. Just antedotal stories. If you read it thinking it's going to be mildly funny stories then I guess it was okay. show less
