Lunar Kiss will have you hooked from the first words of the book right down to the surprising ending. The creature mentioned in the book, the Lunesha, is completely original. The Lunesha is a creature made by both black and white magic. It was made to punish the unfaithful. Originally, there was a male and female version of the creature, but when the male creature went bad a spell was created causing the creatures to be only female. A Lunesha has human features until they are transformed by show more a Super Moon on an occasion they are near and unfaithful couple. When they transform they get a loud ringing in their ear and a sudden craving for red meat. Their eyes turn purple and they grow talons sharp enough to rip apart steel. I will not reveal what they, but it's very original and gory. If you like horror stories that have a bit of gore and originality in it, you will love this story. show less

Cradled Darkness is the second of the Gems of the Goddess series. A very worthy sequel to Dual Karma.
Natasha becomes upset when her husband, Hank Krill, doesn't come home, yet again. Her and her husband get into a horrible fight that winds up in a blood bath.
Cadence is getting horrible nightmares of someone burning alive and a little girl crying for help. If that wasn't hard enough on her, earthquakes begin to occur at her beloved Castle Rock. Glenn tries to keep her safe, but all she show more wants to do is see if she can help find the next demi-god or goddess.
From the start of the book to the very end the reader is drawn in with non-stop action and adventure.

Phoenix Flyer is so much more than what it sounds like. This is the first book in the series. Each year another one will be released. The first book is a bit vague on what the core story is actually about. Basically, you see a little girl, Jenna May, who is not allowed around the guests and doesn't get much attention. It takes place in a time before child abuse and neglect, as it shows when none of the guests seem to care that this little girl is being is being ignored. The whole series is show more based on neglected children that get brought into a fantasy world to fulfill their destiny . Each book goes into more detail. show less
