McNeill didn't actually write this book, he simply compiled and edited the stories. While most are poorly written, they are interesting,
Compilation of ghosts stories from the south. An ok read overall but sometimes the language was hard to understand, this was supposed to be a compilation of stories as they were told as part of an oral tradition.
