I can't tell you how many parenting books I have read that are full of "typical conversation" scenarios that are just ridiculously unrealistic.
I felt like this book knew my daughter.
I need to own a copy of this book. I have fallen into quite a few of the nasty habits a parent does when their child is purposefully pushing every last button they can find.
It's empowering to read a book that you feel will actually make a difference in your parenting!
Also, my daughter isn't nearly as awful show more as half of the scenarios in this book- so- it was also a little boost. My child isn't the worst there is. Phew! show less
