A good primer for beginning acting. It requires that you also have an active and open-minded group participating with you on your educational journey, but can be a good tool to build such a group together. The book uses examples from popular plays to illustrate useful terms and principles within acting. While I do not think that the book would be able to stand on its own it is a possibly valuable addition to an already established acting class curriculum.
