Susan Fitzsimonds

I am really shocked that this book has not received the recognition that it should have received. An excellent book written by Fitzsimonds that teaches children alternative ways to deal with bullies. This book not only encourages children to stand up for themselves, but it builds their self-esteem too. The illustrations are nice, but it's the message that makes this book one of my favorites. A hero doesn't have to be someone who saves a life. A hero can be someone who faces their biggest fear.
