Jolene goes to visit her friend Cassie on Thanksgiving. Cassie is confused as to what Thanksgiving is and pulls out decorations for other holidays. Jolene explains what Thanksgiving is and they go down to eat Thanksgiving dinner with Cassie's parents where they express what they are thankful for this year.

I liked the illustrations. They are bright and colorful. I liked how they told what they were thankful for but the history of Thanksgiving is a very fractured version of Thanksgiving. The show more story is cute and one that your kids will enjoy but please let them know the real history of Thanksgiving. show less
