Undercover Boss: Inside the TV Phenomenon that is Changing Bosses and Employees Everywhere by Stephen Lambert
Actually read this for someone's assignment.
(Oh the follies of youth! (╯'□')╯︵ ┻━┻ *tableflip*)
... apart from that, I actually rather enjoyed it (especially considering I never watched the TV show). It actually gave me some good inspiration to write that assignment... which only proved to me: i) how lazy people are these days (myself included); and, ii) how easy it actually is to get a qualification if you put your guts into it.
That probably means I need to find some guts.
