An interesting little pamphlet on the American Revolution that is mostly unknown to most Americans. The colony of East Florida, and the colony of West Florida, are the present lands of Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. They mostly remained loyal to Great Britain, and George Washington was concerned about the threat to his southeast. Also, the British stored tons of military supplies at Fort Augustine (Castillo de San Marcos), which were not only a threat, but also a desired prize.
