Ever wonder why no one ever gets prosecuted or jailed for crimes in the CIA despite year after decade of major scandals, failures, violations, and of course the ever-present drug running, and why the government refuses to ever correct any glaring errors/failures/cost overruns with these "Intelligence" agencies, and why no crime ever goes punished? Yeah. Sigh.
