When an American is sent to a small European country, his diplomatic friend has a strong feeling that he has something to hide. Not only does the American have a few innocent secrets, he also has a huge one that could alter the course of not only his own life, but the fate of the country as well. This is a well-written story; a classic romance generously sprinkled with fairytale happenings.
