Hear me roar speaks to the reader on so many levels. It tells the story of a family torn apart by infidelity, drugs, alcohol, and the lies and deceit that goes with these addictions. It is heart wrenching to read about Jan's struggles to keep the family together, while trying to get a small business off the ground. This book really shows the struggles that family members of people face. It also highlights the intolerance towards these families.

I truly enjoyed this book. Hear me roar is a show more book that everyone should read. It was well writtten and had me hooked from the beginning.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with the opportunity to read and review this book.

The local historical society crafted this chapbook. I never would have guessed the "historical district" of Waterford is Andersonville from Dixie to Airport... Especially the Andersonville & Dixie intersection did get the lion's share of the earliest settler activity. The piece also highlights structures collected by the Society - including a log cabin and a caboose - and its plans and activities.
