Church and Ministry: The Role of Church, Pastor, and People from Luther to Walther (Concordia Scholarship Today) by Eugene F. A. Klug
Not really one of my favorite books. While he is fairly thorough in his scholarship, his functional view of the ministry is skewed at best, especially with regards to the Reformation period theologians.
Luther's writings inc. the 95 theses, the Invocavit sermons are being summarized by Author Klug. As you read these life transforming events you will meet Luther the teacher, preacher and pastor.
