For a player between 20 kyu and 10 kyu, the breadth of material here can be quite valuable. Some concepts (quickness, thickness, strength and flexibility) aren't explored in any depth, but that's a weakness of the format rather than of the analysis. Since this book is arranged in convenient nuggets, it can be easier to apply a piece of advice--"Strike at the waist of the keima," for example--in one of your own games immediately, while more advanced books are usually more abstract.
