Above and Beyond Parsley: Food for the Senses by Junior League of Kansas City
I really like this cookbook. So far, everything I've made has turned out fabulous. The mustard-ginger pork chops are simple and elegant and I love the minestrone recipe! As a plus, the photography is unique and spectacular. Very nice book for cooking or just browsing.
