About the Author

W. S. Di Piero is the author of many books of poetry, criticism, translation, and most recently a collection of poems, The Complaints, published by Carnegie Mellon. Winner of the 2012 Ruth Lilly Prize from the Poetry Foundation for lifetime achievement, he has also written extensively about show more literature, art, and personal experience. For many years he reviewed exhibitions for a newsweekly, the Son Diego Reader, and he has been a frequent contributor to Poetry magazine and The Threepenny Review.
