Peppa already knows how to use the potty, so she helps her little brother George when it’s his turn to learn.

Short and straightforward. Potty-training from the perspective of an older sibling is a nice touch, being in-between the perspective of the trainee (who doesn’t know what’s going on, of course) and the parents who are far removed from what it’s like to get potty-trained. However, it is very specific about the family’s method of potty-training and while I think it’s a show more common one, I’m not sure if it’s universal. show less

In this Peppa book George stars as the naughty little pig who takes his rain hat off during a rainstorm where him and Peppa are jumping in muddy puddles. George ends up with a cold. A visit from the doctor sees him get well soon, and the end is adorable with George wearing his rain hat even though it is sunny and beautiful out. Rosalie loves this one and laughs when George sneezes. A fun time for littles, this one is!
{My thoughts} – Peppa and family take a trip to the local museum where they get to enjoy a moon exhibit. They have a lot of fun. They get to see what it looks like on the moon, on a rocket ship and what it is like to have anti-gravity. Peppa enjoys it after she gets over her worries. She also asks a lot of good questions afterwards.

This was a fun little book to read through with my daughter. The text and the illustrations go together hand and hand. The story is interesting enough to hold a show more young child’s attention. There is much to be learned within the pages of this book. And for an added bonus your little one gets some space themed Peppa Pig stickers! show less
{My thoughts} – This is a neat little Christmas story. It’s one of those fun stories for children where everything that could go wrong does go wrong, but in the end it all works out. I really enjoy books like this because they help to keep children guessing as to what may or may not be happening in the story. I have always enjoyed books that help children to grow with their imaginations and this book is definitely one of those books. I plan to read this book to my children this Christmas show more and see what they think about what may happen within it’s pages. show less
