- Patsy Neal played for Wayland Baptist College and was an AAU All-American in 1959, 1960 and 1965. She also played on the American team that won the gold medal at the 1959 Pan American Games. Neal has written nine sports-related books. Was a 2003 inductee to the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame.
