Summary: The book is geared towards helping young children with understand why they are moving away from their "home." It is more of a self-help book that talks about saying goodbye to your old house and friends and welcoming new things.

Personal: I think this book would be great to help children understand a big change that is happening in their life and why it is happening (job change, family, etc.)

Classroom: Have the children draw a picture of the child saying goodbye to the old house and show more welcoming the new house in the way they understood it. show less
