I left it relatively satisfied but not entused about it. I really didn't care to know more, the arc resolved itself nicely and it was interesting.

Jessie Custer has returned to his home town to become a preacher, leaving his past behind him but he does have skills. He's conflicted and then he suddenly develops an unconventional power and finds that it attracts attention. The town is run by a rather mad industrialist and he's determined to own the church.

It's not a bad series and I wouldn't show more reject watching more but I wouldn't put much effort into getting it.
