Kick Boxing A Framework for Success sets out, examines and defines the techniques, methods and practices that make up the training of a kick-boxer. It is an A to Z manual that once read can be used as a working reference to solve or re-examine problems of craft and skill.

It takes the reader through a process, starting with the most basic techniques through to timing and distance, power and speed, sparring and conditioning and finishes only when the fighter, having fought, steps out of the show more ring to be de-briefed by the Coach.

The approach is user-friendly, the methdos explained and demonstrated sound, the treatment thorough. Its appeal will reach out to many areas of martial arts and is a book long overdue.
