While there are some good points, this book is very repetitive, especially the constant references to Korean culture (specifically K-pop and K-drama). While I do think there are things to learn from other cultures, the way it was presented here made me roll my eyes and think "Not this again!" because it seemed like she copied and pasted the points from other sections. The book presents the author's personal ideas and suggestions, reading more like a reflective journal of an introvert.

I enjoy reading nonfiction books with scientific references, so this one didn't quite meet my expectations in that regard.

Full of surprises and treasures, a wonderful read and a wonderful resource we will treasure for years!

Amazing read that I had came across in a long time very interesting!
