Some of these papers were wonderful, while others were less so. It is a dense academic collection, however, and not meant for the layperson (no matter how much you love werewolves). My favorite essays were probably "Estonian Werewolf History" (chapter nine) and "The Werewolf in Nineteenth-Century Denmark" (chapter 10).
As with all of this series, useful and worth having (though they are expensive as these things go). Very useful. And the picture showing here is NOT for this volume, but for the previous one.
