The vast majority of the trails listed here are probably closer to the "60 miles" range from Houston--far north near Huntsville, Cold Spring, etc. However, this book is a gem for helping me find previously unused trails in Houston, such as Terry Hershey Park. I live on the northeast side, so I had no idea this park existed, and was glad to find it. It made for an interesting summer as I would randomly choose a trail from this book to explore. Definitely recommended for those who like the show more outdoors and who live in Houston. show less
