This is an adaptation by Liza Alexander and illustrator Carol C. Haantz of the Walt Disney animated Winnie the Pooh special, A Valentine for You (1999), directed by Keith Ingham and written by Carter Crocker.

The film is a bit odd, because even though it is a Valentine's Day show, it has more of a Halloween tone with the Pooh friends getting lost in a dark and scary forest at one point in their quest to keep Christopher Robin from falling in love.
