There's nothing original in this story of an evil painting, but it is fairly well done, if a bit overwritten. (If you should receive an unsolicited painting-size package, I suggest leaving it unopened or returning to sender.)
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Having the story of the zombie apocalypse told from a dog's perspective was a fun twist. I found the book very easy to read and a real page turner.

For anyone that enjoyed this book, be sure to check out "Bones: The Complete Apocalypse Saga" by Mark Wheaton. A trilogy of novellas that deals with zombie-like creatures, more or less from the perspective of Bones, a trained K-9 dog.… (more)
This was an interesting short story. A 3 man crew is sent to investigate an abandoned space ship. The premise is intriguing and the story is too. There are a few grammar/typo issues but they didn't interfere too much with my enjoyment of the story.
I picked this novella up during a free promotion by the author. This was a decent novella which depicts the zombie apocalypse from the dog's point of view. In a way, it was a little bit irritating reading the phrase "the dog..." over and over again. But after I got over that, I began to enjoy the story. I think the author shows quite an imagination, plus I love dogs, so I ended up giving this one 3 stars.
