Philippa Bernard

She has been called "the last Romantic." Poet, quasi-mystic, Yeats and Blake scholar, and fellow- traveler with the most brilliant artists and intellectuals from Cambridge University to Bloomsbury. Despite early personal struggles, economic hardships and failed marriages, she lived a long, rich, productive, and justly honored life in England's highest circles. She died in 2003 at the age of 95.
