This is a book that I actually could not put down till I finished it. The story-telling style through which Blanchard presented his ideas was exciting. The book is a must read for any businessman/businesswoman who claims 24/7 business commitments prevent him/her from looking after health and ‘Tone’, as the book describes it, by doing little exercise and having healthy meals.

I believe Blanchard in this book has proved through logic, facts, and benefits what it pays back to start looking after one’s health and exercising. Having said that, I see the book as a warning sign for all of us to take care of our health for better well-being and for better productivity levels.
