About the Author
Editor Charles Brooks is past president of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists and for thirty-six years was cartoonist for the Birmingham (Ala.) News before retiring last year. He is an award-winning cartoonist in his own right and has compiled a provocative collection of political show more and social commentaries in this fourteenth volume. This is a collection of editorial cartoons from 1991-1992.
