Suzy Capozzi

In this story a little girl is encouraged to try new things and to step outside her comfort zone. She also explains her emotions and how she feels. I would introduce this book to a 1st grader in my classroom or a student who needs to go back to the basics. I could integrate this into my class to ask students how they might cope with anxiety or trying new things.
