Philip Clayton is Ingraham Professor of Theology at Claremont School of Theology. He has written or edited some fifteen books in theology, philosophy, and the religion-science debate, most recently In Quest of Freedom (2009) and Adventures in the Spirit: God, World, Divine Action (2008).
