Required reading for theFirefighter I and II classification. We have to use the IFSTA in our state. The student workbook is lacking in that the answers to the practice assignments only have page numbers. Instead of having the actual answer key, you have to go back to the book. Not a fan of that.

You can't do class without this book. The book is good but it really needs to be read in conjunction with a class. You can only learn so much from the book. It is a good manual for trying practical situations, but they should be done with caution and under strict supervision.
