This is a charming book. In a parody of the writing style of each featured "contributor," the authors provide amusing instructions on how to prepare relatively simple dishes, with highly unusual ingredients (also in line with each author's biographical and literary propensities). The real recipe is provided at the end of each chapter. Some of the entries are very funny, some a bit less so. The authors need a copy editor to catch some typos, etc., but this does not unduly detract from the pleasure of this read. I received this book as a Member Giveaway and my views are my own.… (more)
