Adult nonfic; cooking/nutrition. This is more of a help-guide for newly diagnosed than a cookbook. There are over 145 recipes, but they are mostly for things that generally wouldn't include gluten anyway(i.e., if you can cook at all, you should have no problems figuring out how to make gluten-free chicken on your own). If you are concerned about getting all your nutrients, though, this has a few tips that are worth a look (though probably not worth the purchase).
