This book was very uplifting. There were times that I wanted to cry, and times that I had to laugh. This is a collection of short stories about animals, mostly pets, and how they are extraordinary. There are stories of how a pet changed or even saved the life of it's owner. I have always had a soft spot for animals...(my house is full of strays that I took in,) so this was a must read for me. I recommend it to anyone who owns an animal or who loves animals.
