Daniel Hood has been editor-in-chief of Accounting Today and Tax Pro Today since 2011; he joined Accounting Today as managing editor in 1998. A graduate of Georgetown University, he has also served as a business editor for the New York Daily News, and as a production editor for The Wall Street Journal Europe. I did not enjoy this one as much as the other books in the series. It dragged and was depressing without offering the insight into the main character that other volumes have. (Not that it needs to offer insight, but if it's going to bring me down, at least it should offer some sort of payback.)
