Very good serial western fun. This series reads so much like a fun tv western it is hard not to think of each novel as an episode or the characters as cast members. The lead character of Sam Blaylock and his strong supporting cast are back in force. Do ghost exist? If not then who hates him? This entry shows even more hints that Marshal Tolliver is much closer to a Matt Dillon than a Sheriff Roy Coffee type. The story was fun and as always very fast. Ready for book four.
