Falafel Jones

The plot was complex and provided many avenues of diversity, speculation and action. The characters were solid, identifiable, and comprehensive.

It was enjoyable to read a mystery where you did not have to wade through pages of gratuitous sex or landscape descriptions other than what was essential to furthering the plot. I would recommend this book for anyone any age who likes a good mystery.

A mystery with way too many strings to pull. A plot that had the action ratcheting back and forth between New York and Florida, which only succeeded in giving me whiplash. Extremely poor editing that added even more distraction. All this with a reporter together with the detectives as they pursue the killer made the plot unbelievable. Too, bad.
