There was some decent information, but it really just felt like a sales pitch for network marketing. I've read another if Kiyosaki's books and I won't be reading any more.

There were several instances of hand waving over important things. He dismisses mutual funds even though they're fantastic (properly diversified funds are quite stable over the long term), and talks up real estate investment despite it having even worse risk/return then mutual funds (lots of leverage means high risk, requires ongoing time investment, etc).

I did appreciate his focus on using network marketing opportunities to learn about business instead of expecting it to be your ticket to early retirement. If you want to build a business, getting involved in an MLM seems reasonable since it forces you to develop the types of skills you'll need to run one. Just make sure you're not investing much (or any) capital, especially not for training or materials, because at that point you become the customer, which isn't helpful if you're looking to learn and earn.

I appreciate it being relatively short, otherwise I would have given it a 1 star rating for being a waste of time.

What is the track record of the company's founders?
Are you personally enthusiastic about the products?
Are people you know enthusiastic about the products?
Is the product being promoted effectively?
Do you foresee a relatively fast pathway to profits or a long time treading water?
