I knew very little about President Hunter before reading this biography. It covers right up to the beginning of his calling as President of the church. I found it interesting to learn more about him and his character.

It was much more reserved in its insights and commentary on his life (compared to Spencer W. Kimball's biography). But it was still good to learn about this modern day prophet's faith, experiences, trials and service.

From musician to Prophet- an Idaho boy with perfect pitch progressed to law, business, church leadership and then the Impossible Dream: building the BYU Study Center on Mt. Scopus in Jerusalem. Inspiring!
