Excellent images of Poseidon, the Four Winds, Athena, Monsters...Exercise extreme caution and preview excerpts before showing!

Actually a pretty faithful retelling of Homer's story, with modern language and sensibilities, of course. Odysseus and Penelope give a very convincing love story of married romance. Lots of blood and gore, but more of the fantasy variety than the urban-streets kind. Coppola has chosen to do the blood-and-dirt authentic re-enactment thing, which is very effective but then the Greek pantheon seems very out of place.

Stalin was, it seems, as demented and sick in the mind as Mao was.

Must be something that happens to long serving dictators.

His gory and depraved family life and personal habits are fully covered.

The most dangerous place in Russia was to be close to Joe Stalin.

A great examination of our old "ally" from the WW2.
