Why Classical Music Still Matters (Simpson Book in… by Lawrence Kramer

This is one of those odd books that tries to explain why something that has ultimate value in its own right should be seen to "matter" for some other reason as well. Also, for a short book, it takes a long time to get rolling. Maybe I'll have to go back and remove half a star.
