A charming little travel book from a time gone by written in a subtle style no longer seen or appreciated. I loved it for it brought back memories of the few times I vacationed in Liguria in the 70s. And this work opened up a whole world of a writer, Bohun Lynch, unknown today, who died relatively young, but was an expert on boxing, a friend of Max Beerbohm's (hence interest in Liguria), and an illustrator and editor.
