So far out of the series this book is the sexiest. Ginger and Evan have a chemistry that is off the charts. Other than the steamy times it’s an action packed book that keeps you guessing who is doing what etc.. it’s a great read.

I won this book as an arc and this is my honest opinion... this series only gets better and better with each book. Technically it can be read as a stand-alone but with the different characters and point of views it would probably be helpful to read them in order, plus you’ll really want to read the others because they are just as amazing. This book picks up where we last left off with the characters preparing for a wedding. Throw in a little drama and a lot of steamy parts and it has a little bit of everything in it for everyone. So as not to spoil a thing I won’t say too much but the story line flows so well and prepares you for the next books in the series.

Oh man I knew this book was going to be good. Thomas and Cat are such a sweet couple and in their story they go through some storms but things come out the way it should be. I seriously wanted to smack nurse Jamison though but she’s a minor bump in their story. Thomas loved Cat so much you could feel it and vice versa. Cat took on a task that almost put their relationship in jeopardy and also her life in jeopardy, Thomas was not too happy about any of this but trust me and read their story it’s full of the right amounts of sweetness, love, suspense, and passion. Also man Nathan, I am impatiently waiting your story it’s going to be epic I just know it.

I loved this book so much because I think most couples can relate to it. It's about a married couple who struggle to make time for just themselves so of course suspicions happen and we get to go through their journey of trying to come back together as a couple or move on individually. I could totally relate to the characters so it made it even more enjoyable and made me fall in love with them. Its an emotional ride but one I think everyone will enjoy.

Oh Nathan, he is such a sweet, loving, but totally alpha male full of hotness. In his story we get to see him struggling with trying to take things slow and be patient when it comes to Vanessa. Vanessa is coming out of an abusive marriage and is trying to figure life out as an newly independent woman and she is attracted to Nathan but is still skittish. Every time you read a book in this series you keep thinking “wow it can’t get better than this” but each time the author just pulls you in and makes you feel part of Riverton Crossing and each time it gets better and better. Im very excited to see which direction the next book takes us because like in every book before, Nathan’s is full of steamy romance but also suspenseful events that keep you intrigued throughout so I know the next one will be just as amazing.

This is Sam’s story and I loved it. Sam is definitely an alpha and doesn’t hesitate to go after what he sets his sights on and that is Carrie. Carrie is a sweet and sexy character but she is hiding something from Sam but will that stop him from pursuing her? I loved everything about this book Sam, Carrie, and the storyline because it keeps you guessing on what will happen next.

I’ve been so excited for Ben and Rachel’s story but I’m so sad it’s the end of this series. This book wraps up all the mysteries and questions we have had throughout the Erie’s and I feel like it did so very nicely. I loved the story of Ben and all he’s been through but he is finally letting go of the past to see a future with the one that has been with him for a while now. I don’t want to spoil any of the story but I will say I loved Ben a lot and I hate to see this is the end, because I feel like we have been through so much with the gang from Riverton Crossing and we are saying bye to friends.

This book is such a beautiful read about finding yourself and love after a great loss. Blu and Lori both have experienced tragic loss, so they are living day to day life trying to survive for their kids but still heartbroken. Blu lost his love and is left to raise his son Ryder along with his brother, Smokey. Blu and Smokey take tours out for hiking, outdoor adventures, and they do mountain rescue from time to time. Blu has raised an amazing kid and has worked hard to make sure he knows about his family, works hard, and knows he is loved, deep down I think Blu realizes he is lonely but trying to find someone isn’t easy when they have impossible standards to live up to. Lori is in the same type of situation as Blu and experiencing the same loneliness but also having a hard time finding someone that can come close tow hat she had. During a visit to see her parents Lori has an accident with her daughter, Gabby and the one that rescues them is Blu. Not wanting to give too much away but the story has two people who have hurt and suffered in silence find each other when it should be impossible and they find out they have so much in common not it is hard to fight the attraction there. It is like they are seeking approval from those that linger in their hearts and heads, but as much as they resist the harder it is for them. Can these two let go of what was and find happiness again or will the past heartache hinder what could be?

This was such a cute and funny read, I loved every second of it and didn’t want it to end. Jessica has a rough time in life she has endured a lot of loss in such a short time so she is very cautious and doesn’t take any risks. So her friend April tries to get her to relax and break free for a week on a trip to Myrtle Beach, reluctantly Jess agrees but what she doesn’t know is it will ultimately change her life. Jess goes and is set up with Cress whom she met earlier looking for seashells, I don’t want to give too much away but let me say Cress is amazing and does wonders for Jess. Cress is such a hot and kind person that once he set his sights on Jess that’s all he wanted. The book is divided into different sections one where Jess and Cress meet and have their week of fun, then it has a later part where a certain amount of time has passed and things are different but Cress still has his sights set on her and a week was not long enough for him. I loved it all, and these two were perfect together because Cress taught Jess it was ok to step out of your comfort zones and live your life instead of staying on a planned out path.

The author writes a great story with characters that are so relatable especially if you've lived the small town life. Mak and Mitch just belong together and you can see that almost immediately they have that once in a lifetime love. What I really loved about this story was it was action packed which you don't get a lot of in romance novels. It keeps you entertained but still has its steamy moments to leave you wanting more.

Such a great story about finding love again after having your world destroyed by those that were supposed to care most about you. Smokey and Gwen’s story are one we see a little bit in Blu’s Ridge but in this book, we get their background and how they found each other. They have similar stories when the person that they thought was supposed to love them forever turns out not to be the person that they thought and commits the ultimate betrayal. Smokey is cheated on by his long-time fling and Gwen is cheated on by her fiancé. You would think that they would be bitter, but they ultimately find out that that yea they hurt but these people were not who they were made for. As they try to navigate a new relationship both are hesitant and full of mistrust, but can they learn to let go and move forward together or will their pasts haunt them from finding true love? An amazing read and I fell hard for Smokey the guy with regrets, a heart of gold, and a beautiful soul.

Ryder is Blu’s son from previous books in the series and early on he thought he found the love of his life in Becky. He thought it would be a forever kind of thing, go to college, come back home to work, live a great life, but things can change instantly. Becky wants to explore options while keeping a link with Ryder open in case she doesn’t find whatever it is she is looking for, so with an open friend with benefit relationship Becky begins to explore while poor Ryder is just trying to hold on a little while longer. I must admit I was crushed by Becky but with her behavior it left Ryder better off with someone more deserving like Natalie. Natalie is a smart girl who never thought any jocks ever looked her way, but when her and Ryder find a connection will she be ok with things being platonic, friends with benefits, or will she feel like she deserves more? And will Ryder discover he deserves all he has ever dreamt of or is he willing to settle? This wasn’t a real love triangle because Becky set the parameters to her and Ryder’s relationship before Ryder even really pursued Natalie and when he decided to go for what he wanted he laid it out there for everyone to understand. No, this was more of losing love, finding love, and rediscovering oneself when faced with other plans life throws your way and I have to say Ryder handled it all with dignity and great poise while he respected himself and the one he chose.

Such a sweet second chance romance that makes you fall in love, swoon, and route for the good guys. Ace and Charlie have known each other practically their whole lives, he was her sister’s high school boyfriend and her crush, but age and time was never on their side. Charlie’s sister had other plans and Ace wasn’t part of them so they separated decent enough and years later Charlie and Ace get their moment. What Charlie thinks is their one chance to just be Ace tries to fight it but the attraction has always simmered and is now out of control. Ace found his fame creating music and his one night with Charlie was special that he still carries it with him and always wanted more of, but time was never on their side, until fate intervenes. Charlie kept a secret from Ace for years and now it must come to the light. How will Ace handle things? Will Charlie allow him back into her life? With Ace being famous can they rekindle the love they shared or will that fame destroy them? I loved Ace so much and was wanting these two to find their happy, but there are others out there wanting to see them fail. Will this be their time at a second chance and can Ace prove he never let her go? Sweet, perfect, swoon worthy this has it all!!! (If your like me there are a few characters you wanna smack around but that just shows us how amazing the writing draws you in)

This incredible read is different from the author’s previous books, but still carries the same emotions and intensity. While reading this story I found myself engaged from page one anticipating where this would take us because it grabs your attention like you’re in a crime tv show and pulls on your emotions. The characters go through so much that you don’t’ see which way some twists were going, and you become invested with each one of them. I found myself going through so many emotions from shock to my heart breaking for the things they endured, and I loved every single moment. If intense suspense and mystery is your thing this book is perfect for you because it has it all.
