While the general ideas are good, too often he makes very specific statements about small details. For example, he says that frequent pushing up glasses obviously means that the person has seen a problem in a concept and needs to look at it more clearly. I wear glasses. Sometimes constantly pushing glasses up just means that it is time to go to the optician and have them adjusted. In my opinion cultural differences also make a lot more difference than Molcho admits.
