A nicely illustrated pocket book, for children but of interest to adults too, covering the early days of space travel including the German V-2 rocket bomber and Vostok, 'the spacecraft in which Yuri Gagarin made the first historic flight in space on 12th April 1961'. It seems like ancient history now.
