This book is much more than a catalog of Richard Stone Reeves beautiful full page color paintings of five stallions: Hyperior, Nearco, Man-o-War, Ribot, and Native Dancer as well as photographs, sketches and bloodlines. Robinson does the text, the 18th Earl of Derby the forward, and additionally there is a Catalogue of the Paintings and a Classic Winners list from England, France and America from 1920 to 1975.
