Grades 6-12. Stetson wants to finish high school, however he has some troubles in his path, an alcoholic father, a mother who left years ago. Then he finds out his mother was pregnant when she left and he has a 14 yer old sis, who also drinks and shares knowledge about his mother he has to deal with. The one friend to this social outcast, salvage yard boss, Jason, helps him find direction for his life. An interesting charecter adds a twist to the story line.
It was a bad day. I had taken on a bet to get ten dollars that I desperately needed and wound up suspended. After stopping by Jason's salvage yard where I work, I headed "home." My mom left when I was little and Dad drinks all the time. You can imagine my surprise when a girl in a too-tight, too short t-shirt is introduced as my sister.
Can Stetson find solace at the salvage yard working on his car? Will it be enough?
