I enjoyed reading this book, found it interesting how the author provides us with so many ways in which we are anchored through out our lives (past/present and future)I especially liked how he provided an actual guideline for readers to actually sit down and think about ourselves and our world around us. I definitely reflected on myself and how I can better my life. I recommend reading this book for a better/ deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us using the Anchor System Thinking.… (more)
