This book was very useful because it is very informative. For a student who has never seen a beach or sea before, they could learn a lot about what it is like, what lives there, etc. There are chapters and a lot of text in this book which makes it kind of boring. Also someone reading this that already knows about the beach would find this very long and uninteresting. Each page had a white background and all the pictures that were in this book were black and white. Some of the pictures had captions to describe what was in each picture or what was happening. What I did enjoy was that there was a poem on one of the pages about the beach and it was very nicely written. This book contained no dialogue and was overall very informative but boring.½
